Most police officers assume the mantel of a law enforcement warrior. They expect an abundance of rules, guidelines and strict routines to follow.

Constance Armitage worked undercover in Glasgow before her transfer to the Metropolitan Police in London. There, she met DS Jason Knight, whose personal situation would help shape how his new partner would perform her role. Constance already understood that law and justice were not always in concert.
