In this short series of tips, I will suggest a method of taking a story idea and building it, using poetry. Unfortunately, people shun poetry, and for many reasons, but words written in verse can be as diverse and powerful as prose if written appropriately.

 

I am biased of course because from my 700+ poems, I have now published five anthologies on a variety of topics. I have plenty more to add, but for now, I’m concentrating on my short story and novel writing, but I digress.

 

I have now converted the series for the reader’s easy reference.
