No Escape

The woman was attractive and about thirty.  She passed the car and eyed the house.  Once through the gate she slipped her hand into her bag then approached the front door.

Harry stepped back from the window and put down the knife before wiping the blood from his hands.  He had heard there was another agent but he had no description to go on.  The car should have been garaged.  He went to the door.

Immediately the door was open, the woman lifted her hand from the bag, and beamed a smile at Harry before speaking.

“Hi,” she said, “I’m Andrea … here’s your new catalogue.”
